Ideal Self Challenge

This was one of the first art pieces I've done in months. I decided to partake in this challenge I discovered other people were doing that involved drawing yourself idealized. The creator of the challenge had people draw themselves how they want to be with no influence of media or social norms or worrying about how others would feel about you. I decided to go this route because I don't mind how I look in real life I'm slowly growing to love myself after years of being self-conscious. However, if I could do anything it would maybe make my skin a bit browner...I'm half Mexican and half caucasian. I would normally not mind my skin tone however I have always felt slightly ostracized by other Mexicans and sometimes my own family has made comments that made me feel alone. I have had Mexicans I don't even know talk trash about me in Spanish assuming I don't speak the language and that I'm white just because of my skin tone. So if I could alter anything about myself it may have been that.

Anyways I hope you guys enjoyed the art!
